The Magazine published my opinion piece in 2022 on the Algerian exodus to France that was part of the biggest edition to date for the print magazine. It was also published online.

I was published in the New African Magazine’s Febuary/March 2020 edition where I was chosen as the spotlight piece and added to the front cover of the print magazine. My article discusses the year long Algerian revolution and the women that shaped it. It was also published online.

I was shortlisted for the Pride of Tameside Awards 2018 under the Digital Creative Category.
Freelance Up North Podcast
I was the first freelancer interviewed in a 7 part podcast series featuring northern freelancers. Katy Carlisle from Freelance Folk and Ben Davies from Ziferblat collaborated together to hear from freelance individuals and to share tips and tricks with other Northern Freelancers.
Tameside and Oldham Reporter
I was featured in the local paper for my freelance writing work, the local writing workshop I run and a quarterly creative networking event that I co-organise.
Local radio interview
I was interviewed by Tameside Radio, my home town station, about my local community work including the creative writing group and a creative meet-up group I co-founded in 2018 as well as my freelance writing that was shortlisted in the local business awards.
